Antique farmhouses, forests, lakes and green hills. The genuine fascination of the Maremma. Guests are housed in three antique farmhouses spread out on the estate, dominated by the master villa where general services and group activities take place (cafeteria, dining room, conference room, activities room, library and TV room). The historical farmhouses have been recently renovated, carefully conserving the original forms while transforming them into cosy and comfortable lodgings. The rooms have been tastefully furnished, the bedrooms have wrought iron beds, terracotta floors and private bathrooms. Each of the three farmhouses has 10 double bedrooms plus a few small apartments for a total of 30 double rooms and about 70 sleeping spaces. It is possible to stay on the estate paying the nights stay plus only breakfast or at half board or full board; the prices for person, excluded beverages, are:
